Already during her agricultural training on a poultry farm, it was clear that Pauline is at home in the world of innovation, sustainability and chickens. Since 2021, she has been accompanying and documenting all breeding and parent stock hatchings at ÖTZ and is your contact person for chicken husbandry and feeding.
